Audio Conferencing Services
We offer two main types of audio conferencing:

Our Reservationless Service provides you with dedicated phone numbers, host codes, and participant codes that can be used anytime, 24/7/365. You can host calls whenever you want without needing to schedule in advance.

Operator-Assisted Service provides a managed call experience where a professional operator helps facilitate your event from start to finish. This “white glove” service is ideal for important calls like investor relations meetings, legal proceedings, and large events.

Technical Infrastructure
Our platform is built on global telco infrastructure rather than VoIP, ensuring high quality and reliability. We have redundant systems across multiple global locations including Virginia, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, and Sydney, each with both main and backup servers.
Our system is highly scalable. Each service supports 70 concurrent streams on a single media server, with multiple media servers at each location. Each stream can handle 2,000 conferences with up to 50,000 calls per stream.

Our administrative portal allows you to book and manage all types of events including reservationless calls, operator-assisted events, and webcasts. You can customize numerous options, receive immediate confirmations, and make changes up until the start of your event.

Yes, we’re happy to provide demo accounts for the reservation list platform and conduct mock events for operator-assisted calls to ensure you’re comfortable with the service before committing.

Migration & Onboarding
Migration is straightforward. We’ve successfully transitioned hundreds of clients recently from other providers, including Mitel & AT&T. Our team can help replicate your existing setup, including similar host/participant codes when available and familiar keypad commands.
For reservationless service, we can typically have you up and running in less than an hour. For operator-assisted events, once you schedule your first call, we’ll provide immediate confirmation and guide you through the process.
If you own your 800 number, we can help port it to our platform. Most companies use shared numbers where your unique identity is maintained through your host and participant codes, which we can help replicate in our system.
